Happiness Is THE App

“There’s an app for that!” You’ve heard that idea many times I am sure. The number of apps available for download and use number in the hundreds of thousands. Almost anything you can think of has an app to be used on your computer, smart phone or tablet.

If there isn’t an app at the present time and it is possible to code, all you have to do is build it yourself, or get someone who can write code to build it for you. If your idea is good enough, you may even make a fortune selling that app for 99 cents a throw.

There is a free app that can and will change your life for the better when you will apply it to your life. That app is named “happiness.” The code is already written and in use by millions of people around the globe. You can “download” this app anytime you wish it and at absolutely no cost.

The only “payment” you need to come up with is some time and some patience. There are many ways to feel better about your working from the outside in. Fellowship with friends, accomplishment at work or on the athletic field, a good and singular relationship with a significant other, doing well in school, and many more promote well-being, or happiness, on the exterior.

But all those things can change sometimes even without warning. Exterior happiness, while good and important, does not last. It is perishable. To keep you happy, a superior sense of well-being, you need an internal app downloaded and in use.

This is a grounding app. Happiness anchors your life. In happiness you cannot get lost. For once you have found happiness, and maintain the virtual connection with it, happiness will always find you. You cannot, then, ever be lost. Happiness is the GPS of your life. This app is happiness in a significant and almost tangible feeling of well-being.

Where do you get this app and how do you download it? You download it by making and keeping a connection to the All There Is. You make that connection through meditation of some sort. (I say “some sort” because there are many forms of meditation.) The simplest way to meditate is to sit or lie down comfortably. You then simply become conscious of your breathing. In and out.

When your mind wonders, and it will many, many times, simply bring your concentration back to your breathing. Over time and consistent practice of meditation, your mind will quiet down. Then make contact with the All There Is. When you have made contact with the All There Is, you will feel total acceptance and unconditional regard.

Total acceptance and unconditional regard means you are unconditionally accepted just as you are. You need do nothing more or any less to be thus accepted. This acceptance can be the greatest and finest feeling you have ever had. It is true well-being.

Unconditional regard means that the All There Is is constantly watching you to see what it can do to help your life be better and better. Sometimes this unconditional regard is called love. You are loved beyond all measure and all years.
